Coyne College is a comprehensive in-house training and development program that provides opportunities for all employees to learn, to grow and to discover new career paths. It was created as a way to continually bestow knowledge and maintain the ideals of higher education in the Coyne tradition.

Coyne College is broken down into four programs: Bagels & Books, Senior Seminars, Talking Titles and Coyne Cohorts.

Bagels & Books is a monthly training series taught by senior staff members. It provides a collaborative environment in which our outstanding leadership team offers mid-to-junior level staff (SAEs and below) personalized and challenging experiences in preparation for successful careers in public relations and future leadership roles within the agency.

Senior Seminars will be held quarterly as half-day intensive workshops for senior level employees (ASs and above) covering topics such as successful leadership, motivational coaching, time management and presentation skills.

Talking Titles is a reading group created to further educate employees outside of the classroom and to help expand your knowledge of the business world in general. Led by senior managers, this group will participate in lively discussions about the latest and greatest Best Selling Business Books. Coyne PR will provide you with a book every 2 to 3 months and even support your participation by granting time during work hours to read these books!

Coyne Cohorts is a formal mentoring program for all new employees that helps foster growth and professional development through the sharing of resources, knowledge, and ideas. All new hires will be paired with a senior level employee from a different practice area whose responsibility it is to guide and advise them.
