By visiting the movie’s production website, B Movie Mogul, fans can weigh in on everything from title choices to wardrobe preferences. The user-generated creature feature is set for release next year.

In an effort to offset its $19-billion-dollar debt, the state of California is looking into electronic license plates that could be sold for advertising. The plates would look normal when cars are moving and switch to ads when a vehicle is still for more than four seconds.

Augmented Reality Ice Cream Machine Trades Smiles for Desserts
Unilever and experiential design company SapientNitro teamed up to create an ice cream machine that responds to smiles. When approached, the machine inserts passerbys into to an augmented reality world – superimposing moustaches and branded designs on the individual’s face – causing them to smile. It then recognizes the smile, snaps a photo and uploads it to Facebook. The tech-savvy treat machine made its debut at the 2010 Cannes Lions festival. In an effort to encourage volunteerism, starting this week Target will exclusively sell two new philanthropic-themed flavors, Berry Voluntary (raspberry cheesecake) and Brownie Chew Gooder (vanilla caramel brownie).

Over 10,000 People Joined in the World's Largest Yoga Class
On June 22, more than 10,000 people got their OHMMM on in Central Park at the World’s Largest Yoga class, sponsored by Flavorpill, Standard Hotels and Jetblue. Participants were rewarded with a gift tote bags and Gaiam yoga merchandise. More than 13,000 people registered for the event, which ended early due to unexpected rain.
