Kevin Lamb is vice president of Coyne PR’s healthcare group. Kevin oversees the all of the agency’s medical and healthcare work, including its efforts for Medco Health Solutions, the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit manager, and Siemens.
Kevin has led the agency strategy for every major Medco program since 2001, ranging from the company’s efforts around drug safety, personalized medicine, pediatric health and Medicare. Kevin also directs the strategy for the agency’s work with Siemens Healthcare, emphasizing communications in both clinical and consumer channels.
Under Kevin’s guidance, the healthcare group at Coyne PR has received more than 20 public relations awards and recognitions.
Prior to joining Coyne PR, Kevin’s experience spans over a range of medical, health and consumer brand work, including the launch of TAP Pharmaceutical’s Prevacid; consumer awareness campaigns for Johnson & Johnson’s LifeScan diabetes subsidiary, and work with Merck & Co.’s vaccine division. He also has experience in consumer branding for Wilson Sporting Goods, Perrier/Poland Spring, CHASE Bank, RICOH Corporation, Bushnell Sports Optics and Marriott Vacation Clubs. In addition, Kevin has worked with many of the country’s premier sports properties, including the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Professional Golfers Association (PGA).
Kevin began his career in the pharmaceutical division of Robert Marston and Associates in New York. He later joined The Sherry Group, where he moved up through the ranks to account supervisor. Prior to joining Coyne PR, Kevin served as communications manager for Barton G. Designs, the nation’s leading event design company.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English literature and public relations from the State University of New York at Oswego.
