Prior to joining Coyne Public Relations, Meghan created the first in-house public relations department for fresh food and wine retailer Stew Leonard's, supporting four food and seven wine stores, as well as the Stew Leonard III Children’s Charities foundation. On the corporate side, Meghan developed and directed public relations campaigns to support innovation, promotion, nutrition and category leadership initiatives for the Kellogg Company, ranging from launching Special K Red Berries, to repositioning Morning Star Farm veggie burgers, and promoting Kellogg’s Olympic sponsorship during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. She also established the product and nutrition communications function at Tropicana Products, Inc., handling the communications for the restage of Tropicana Pure Premium fortified juices, which contributed to sales increasing 173%.

Meghan began her career in 1990 at the New York office of Burson-Marsteller, where she managed and conducted programs for the Dannon Company, Nabisco, Kraft, Rubbermaid, USA Rice Council, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Unilever and Gerber.

A registered dietitian, Meghan has conducted numerous health professional campaigns, including directing influencer events, managing exhibit programs at scientific conferences, and developing targeted educational materials and white papers.
