Stacy has worked with a variety of high profile clients in the food and beverage industry including Cadbury Schweppes, Campbell Soup Company, General Mills, Kraft Foods, Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA and the Schwan Food Company.

Stacy has helped plan and execute media driven events such Chock full o’Nuts' Fastest Talking New Yorker, Mr. & Mrs. T’s Premium Blend Bloody Mary Mix - World's Largest Bloody Mary at Mardi Gras and the World's Largest Beach Towel unveiled at Hermosa Beach for Nabisco Toasted Chips. Stacy has also played a role in the broadcast media and execution team for the past two Pillsbury Bake-Off Contests.  
 
She has managed and executed the launch of several new products for brands such as Ritz, Cheese Nips, Honey Maid, Red Baron, Hawaiian Punch and Mott’s.  She has also helped in the execution of successful health-based programs for Cheerios Circle of Helping Hearts and Eat Better America, as well as youth-based PR programs for Fruit Roll-Ups, Yoplait Kids Yogurt, SpaghettiOs, Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Nabisco Fun Fruits and Mott’s.

Stacy has a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from Rowan University in New Jersey.
