With travel directly impacted by COVID-19, many Americans are opting to drive instead of fly to their favorite summer destinations – especially for the July 4th holiday weekend. Shell Rotella and Pennzoil recognized this as an opportunity to remind motorists how to properly prep their vehicle before hitting the road via a timely Virtual Satellite Media Tour (VSMT)! Leveraging two Shell Brands, the team helped explain how Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic motor oil offers complete engine protection (plus better fuel economy) for today’s newer vehicles which require full synthetic. Leveraging the insight that Americans are cooking and baking at the highest rate in more than 50 years, Coyne coordinated an egg-citing Instagram Live takeover with Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist Dawn Jackson Blatner. Dawn streamed live from the Eggland’s Best account to demonstrate how to make an original recipe – Pizza Frittata – which highlighted the craveable yet healthy pizza alternative and of course, the superior nutrition and taste of Eggland’s Best eggs. The segment was a hit among fans, garnering 80 live viewers, plus more than 5,000 additional views for the video on EB’s IGTV channel!

ICC Points a Spotlight on Building Safety Professionals Throughout the Pandemic
The International Code Council (ICC) conducted a survey at the start of the pandemic and found that 93% of the more than 1,100 building departments surveyed in the U.S. were still performing inspections, despite 6 in 10 not having the capabilities to carry out critical functions remotely. Deemed an essential group, code officials have continued to put themselves in harm’s way during the pandemic to ensure the safety and sanitation of our structures and buildings – including temporary structures that have been converted for hospital use. To highlight the critical role of building safety professionals throughout the pandemic, Coyne developed a three-pronged strategy using top-tier, trade and local media to push ICC to the forefront of conversation.
