St. Francis Winery & Vineyards turned to Coyne PR to drive consumer awareness for the brand’s Sonoma County and Reserve portfolio. The team has used strategic events, familiarization trips, and traditional media outreach to ensure St. Francis stays top-of-mind with the brand’s target consumers.

Stfrancis Sonoma — Coyne PR facilitated a unique dining event for St. Francis Winery & Vineyards in NYC, where media and influencer guests savored the essence of Sonoma Valley through a curated wine and food pairing dinner. The “Sonoma for the Holidays” event brought the Napa Winery experience to the city timed to showcase the product’s versatility for holiday entertaining. Sonoma’s diverse agriculture was showcased via an authentic epicurean journey, starting with a welcoming wine glass. President and CEO Rick Bonitati provided insights into the winery’s distinct offerings, culinary garden, and the evening menu their Executive Chef Peter Janiak crafted. The evening progressed with engaging storytelling by Rick, who introduced each wine pairing with its accompanying dish. Concluding the event, Rick toasted to the attendees, after which Chef Peter engaged with the guests, addressing their queries, cementing a memorable gastronomic experience reflective of Sonoma’s rich winemaking and culinary heritage.

Stfrancis1 — St. Francis Winery & Vineyards offered an exciting “Instagram Approved” package in 2022, at its award-winning winery in Sonoma County to help consumers generate amazing content perfect for Instagram! Consumers could grab up to four friends to live out their winery dreams, where the entire crew got glammed up before having a professional photographer capture their grape-filled experience. The Instagram Approved package included a 30-minute glam session, a 30-minute photo session, and a wine country lunch completed with bestselling wines and light bites.

Stfrancis3 — To get media to experience the brand’s full portfolio in its “natural setting.” St. Francis Winery & Vineyards and Coyne hosts intimate media dinners for writers that contribute to regional and national outlets. Executive Chef Peter Janiak hand-picks special bottles from the award-winning wine collections to develop a seasonal pairings menu for guests to enjoy. The five-course fine dining experience highlights Sonoma County’s diverse agricultural and culinary traditions. Presented in St. Francis’ elegant Estate dining room, media and their guests enjoy stunning vineyard views, while garnering invaluable insight from the team’s knowledgeable wine educators. Hosting media onsite at the vineyard allows journalists to personally experience the brand and its portfolio of award-winning wines in its natural splendor resulting in first-person feature coverage.

Stfrancis2 — St. Francis Winery & Vineyards partnered with Canine Companions and continuously shows its commitment to providing service dogs to people with disabilities with its “For the Love of Dogs and Great Wine” campaign. For every bottle of St. Francis wine purchased in the U.S. the winery donates $1 (up to $100,000) to Canine Companions – the largest non-profit provider of trained service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities, and facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice, and educational settings.
