As one of the nation’s leading clinical lab and diagnostics providers, Quest Diagnostics introduced a strategic shift to expand its position beyond traditional brick-and-mortar lab facilities towards a digital-first consumer brand that empowers people with information to improve their health outcomes. Quest tapped Coyne PR to engage consumers and health care professionals in support select digital health initiatives and to enhance general awareness of the Quest brand. The agency launched the “Know Your Numbers” integrated campaign in support of MyQuest 2.0, a digital hub that organizes people’s lab results and other relevant personal health information; and conducted a national launch campaign for Quest’s Care360 electronic health record platform for physicians.
